RHOERS
A love for youth and their development inspired Founder Mary Lou Allison Gardner Little to establish Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. The Rhoers Club was founded by her on July 7, 1939, during the Sorority’s 14th Biannual Boule in New York City, NY, creating a space for young girls to learn leadership, heritage, and service. Today, Rhoers continue to grow as confident young women dedicated to serving their communities.

Member Requirements
- Have parental consent
- Be a female student between the ages of 12-18
- Possess a positive attitude
- Attend monthly meetings
- Participate in sponsored activities
- Have/maintain a 2.5 or Higher GPA (on a 4.0 scale)
