Epsilon Tau Sigma Alumnae Chapter

Since its founding, Sigma Gamma Rho has fostered unity among women, including those outside Greek-lettered organizations. These women were first organized into auxiliaries under various names until 1954, when the sorority officially recognized them as “Philo” (meaning Friend). By 1980, the Philos had established a national presence and had since grown to represent hundreds of women across various regions. Through countless hours of service and significant financial contributions, they continue to support Sigma Gamma Rho’s mission to improve the quality of life in communities everywhere.
